New August Early Birds

As the first week of August saw us focus on our Summer Sale, this brought with it a number of new pre-order titles which we’ll be recapping in a bit, but first let’s talk about what pre-orders you can expect over the rest of August.

If you’ve been keeping an eye on our social media channels, you’ll know we have one massive piece of news coming soon, so we’ll just leave this here…

Beyond that, we do have one other major Early Bird coming this August…

InuYasha – Season 1 Blu-ray Collector’s Edition

This Collector’s Edition holds episodes 1-27 of the series (plus clean opening and ending animations as a bonus feature), with our standard rigid slipcase housing a Digipak which itself holds the three Blu-ray discs containing said episodes. These discs will feature a new UK author using the Japanese home video materials prepared for this Blu-ray release.

Beyond that, our release also includes a 20-page booklet delving into the history of the series, and an A3 poster.

And one last thing…

Before we let you go, we do have one more thing to give you an early peek at…

That’s right folks, it’s almost ready, and we’ll be opening pre-orders for the Sword Art Online Alicization: War of Underworld Part 1 Collector’s Edition on Friday September 3rd at 5PM.

We’re still finalising our plans for the release, but we can confirm that what you can see above is only part of the story, as we’re also planning to include an outer box with artwork from character designer abec to hold both parts of War of Underworld, in keeping with our release of the first season of Alicization.

Stay tuned for full details when we launch pre-orders, but we’re sure you’re as excited as us to be returning to the (under)world of Sword Art Online!

As ever, this is just the tip of the iceberg as we move into the final quarter of the year, where you can expect news on more Gundam titles, a new vinyl title and more… not to mention that we’re already busy preparing a mammoth Christmas sale period!

So, with plenty to look forward to, take care for now!
